Data collected

When purchasing a spectator ticket, we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Ticket type and selected days
• Gender (used solely for statistical purposes)
• Proof of eligibility document (for reduced-rate tickets only, stored securely and accessible only to Roundnet France administrators)

Purposes & legal basis

Your data is used for:

• Processing your ticket purchase — legal basis: performance of a contract
• Sending your booking confirmation and event communications — legal basis: performance of a contract
• Verifying eligibility for reduced rates — legal basis: performance of a contract
• Internal event statistics — legal basis: legitimate interest

Data retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of the event and for 5 years thereafter, in accordance with French legal obligations (civil statute of limitations). Proof-of-eligibility documents are deleted within 30 days after the event.

Recipients

Your data may be shared with the following service providers for the sole purpose of delivering the service:

• HelloAsso — payment processing (subject to their own privacy policy)
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — database and document storage (servers in Europe)

No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
