Article 2 — Event
These terms apply to the purchase of spectator tickets for the Roundnet World Championship 2026 (Worlds 2026), held at Parc du Tremblay, Paris, France, from September 2 to 6, 2026.
Tickets grant access to the competition venue for spectators only. Participation in the competition requires a separate athlete registration.
Article 3 — Ticket types & prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Roundnet France is a non-profit association and is not subject to VAT.
- 1-Day Pass — access for one selected day of the event
- Multi-Day Pass — access for a chosen combination of days
- 5-Day Pass — unlimited access for all five days of the event
A reduced rate is available for the following categories, upon presentation of a valid supporting document:
- Children under 12
- Students (valid student card required)
- Seniors aged 65 and over
- People with a disability
- Attendees travelling by sustainable transport (bicycle, walking, public transit or train)
The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility at the venue entrance. Any false declaration may result in the ticket being voided without refund.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is processed securely via HelloAsso, an authorised payment service provider. Roundnet France does not have access to the purchaser's banking details.
The order is confirmed only after payment has been validated by HelloAsso. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.
Article 5 — Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via email upon payment confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Attendees must present their confirmation email (printed or digital) at the venue entrance.
Article 6 — Cancellation & refund policy
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets once the event date has been set and the ticket issued.
However, Roundnet France will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser
- A written refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place

Article 7 — Venue & event conditions
The event takes place outdoors. Roundnet France reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue layout, or programme without prior notice in case of force majeure (adverse weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, etc.).
Attendees agree to comply with the venue rules and the instructions of the event staff. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or dangerous manner, without refund.
Article 8 — Liability
Roundnet France shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage occurring at the event venue unless directly caused by the organiser's negligence. Attendees attend at their own risk and are encouraged to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
Article 9 — Personal data
Data collected during purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 — Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
